Job Description

We are a small business in Nashville that serves the church market with a variety of printed banners and signs. We are family oriented and customer/employee focused. We are looking for someone to lead a small team in our call center and provide excellent customer service. Our call center fields phone calls from customers and assists with placing orders. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized with great attention to detail has experience with complex data entry in a call center environment and is greatwith customers over the phone. We need someone who is skilled with following processes and navigating websites CRM or ERP systems. While most of the sales are inbound some outbound reaches may be required. Since the majority of our customers are churches a ministry mindset is a plus but is not required. This is a full time job Monday through Friday 85. There are opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the inbound sales team to ensure smooth processes and positive customer experience
  • Receive incoming phone calls assist customers and enter orders accurately in our system
  • Field and resolve customer service issues and returns
  • Enter orders from our websiteinto our software system
  • Be good with deadlines and meeting the needs of the customer as well as our production team internally
  • Oversee live chat processes
  • Maintain working knowledge of product solutions so you can inform customers of available options for stock and custom products
  • Take payment information professionally and securely
  • Communicate effectively across multiple departments including art production and marketing
  • Monitor sales cycles and discount codes documenting appropriately for sales trends and suggest improvements during applicable team meetings
  • Make occasional sales calls to existing customers as well as prospects

Qualifications

  • Have at least four years of customer service call center or sales experience
  • Be a good speller and communicate thoughts effectively in writing and over the phone
  • Be highly organized
  • Excel at data entry software (CRM ERP website) navigation and word processing
  • Be able to operate efficiently under pressure and stressful situations at times
  • Be a clear comfortable and patient communicator over the phone
