What Youve Accomplished
You have completed aBS in Chemical Engineering Nuclear Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have strong technical problemsolving abilities interpersonal skills excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills have worked in an engineering role for less than 2yearsand are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

As an Early Career BWR Reload Safety Analysis Engineer in Richland WA you will be part of the proven team in theFuel Design Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. You will be responsible to prepare and apply nuclear reactor thermalhydraulic models for plant safety analyses and be involved in the preparation of engineering documents (calculations reports functional requirements Final Safety Analysis Reports etc. in support of emergent issues fuel reloads proposed changes in fuel designs or operating strategies and evaluate changes in analytical methods. You will be part of a crossdiscipline team tasked with completing the fuel reload design and licensing safety analysis. Typical assignments include:
- Analyses performed to support nuclear fuel reload core design and licensing
- Assess changes in plant operating strategies
- Evaluate changes in analytical methods and models
- Work as part of a team that includes other engineers Project Management and the utility customers.

Richland is located in the Columbia River basin in southeastern Washington a few hours east of Seattle. Framatomes Richland WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $77968.80 $92000 and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
