Job Overview
The Human Resources Manager role is a fulltime seniorlevel position based in Hyderabad. We are seeking an experienced HR professional in Hospitality field with a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in talent acquisition and Payroll the position deals with 70 Recruitment and 30 Payroll. He will be instrumental in shaping and guiding the HR practices in alignment with the companys strategic goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment with a focus on attracting top talent and managing the endtoend recruitment process. (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in HRIS software to manage employee data efficiently and support decisionmaking processes.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies to foster a positive organizational culture.
- Experience in implementing performance management systems to maximize employee potential and growth.
- Knowledge of labor law compliance to ensure that all HR practices adhere to legal standards and industry regulations.
- Skill in change management to guide the organization smoothly through transitions and transformations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner across all levels of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
- Monitor and manage payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
