Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Diasorin you will play a pivotal role in identifying attracting and recruiting toptier talent to support our companys growth and strategic initiatives. Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders you will develop effective recruitment strategies build relationships with candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Primarily focused on individual contributors and hourly positions while flexing into salaried leader roles as needed.
Acting as a solutionoriented advisor within the organization and a highly positive collaborator with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources function.
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume reviews phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills culture fit and qualifications.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance ensuring a positive candidate experience and consistency with each search.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
Assist in the development and of employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation in the job market.
Achieve and attain success in key goals and metrics as they are aligned from year to year.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven record of accomplishment in successfully sourcing and attracting highquality candidates for various roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques sourcing strategies and candidate assessment methods.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Prominent level of integrity and professionalism maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
