Job Description
We are looking for the perfect candidate for this role who is passionate about client communication and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Provide detailed information about our research consulting services including research paper writing publication support thesis writing and synopsis preparation.
- Understand client requirements and guide them toward appropriate services offered by our organization.
- Maintain accurate records of calls inquiries and client details in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into clients.

Requirements
