ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and engaging Acquisition Performance Specialist to join our Digital Customer Experience team.

The Acquisition Performance Specialist is responsible for delivering qualified customer and sales growth via paid acquisition channels. You will develop and maintain the acquisition budgets and agreed performance targets working with various Group partners to maximise paid channels and deliver profitable sales growth. You will manage execute and scale comprehensive paid acquisition strategy across paid search programmatic and YouTube to drive profitable growth by identifying and testing new innovative and growth opportunities within the channels to deliver on agreed commercial goals. You will deliver on reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and customer data to provide insights including analysing conversion metrics to determine strategies to extract maximum value from performance marketing channels. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in managing and optimising paid digital marketing with a strong foundation in paid search programmatic and YouTube.
Creative flair and outsidethebox thinking to create innovative ways to gotomarket.
Experience leveraging major technologies/platforms involved in delivering digital media programs such as Google and programmatic advertising with an ability to pickup new software and technologies quickly.
Exposure and confidence dealing with external agencies and internal marketing teams.
Experience in driving segmentation analysis that drives business success.
Proven success in delivering a ROAS and growth positive digital marketing strategy.
Stakeholder Management experience working with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies with a strong focus on customers.
