You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Department of Natural Resources and Parks Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) is seeking an energetic and motivated candidate to serve at the WTD Training Coordinator within the Capital Strategy Quality and Standards unit.
WTDs Capital program has grown significantly over the last 30 years and will likely triple in size over the next decade due to keep pace with population increases heightened regulatory standards and aging infrastructure. Change growth innovation and continuous improvement has always been a part of WTDs culture. As we expand our capital program learned lessons innovation and efficiency remain core organizational values.
The WTD Capital Training Coordinator will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials that enhance workforce development for current and new employees. These materials will cover WTDs capital project management processes and systems as well as foundational professional development topics. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience using technology and project/program management expertise to develop facilitate and implement a project and program management training program. This program will be a valuable resource for all employees supporting the capital program aiding in onboarding continuous learning and skill development. It will also equip employees with the tools and resources needed for growth and advancement while enhancing their performance in current roles.
