Kotak Securities is looking for a Brand Channel Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team.
The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for management of all marketing requirements of Kotak Securities Channel Partners as well as their customers. The work scope would include preempting the requirement creating a suitable strategy and finally catering to all the requirements related to brand marketing and management. This would include working with internal / external stakeholders and strategizing to increase leads for the defined target group.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management & Brand Communications
- Understanding brand requirement developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms to build the credibility of brand
- Management of marketing strategies and channels
- Campaign Management
- Being one point of contact for managing the marketing requirements for channel partners & working hand in hand with the various teams & departments
- Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- Basic knowledge of digital platforms and analytic tools
- Content ideas / Initiatives that will deliver exponential reach / engagement.
- Branding & Marketing
- To create marketing collaterals / assets such as brochures leaflets emailers to share with our customers as well as prospects
- To create suitable content / designs for Branch branding across India
- To create assets for various online/ offline marketing activities for existing customers & prospects
- Being updated on branding & new trends
- To ensure website content & design is updated for channel partners
- Customer Acquisition
- To plan and execute endtoend national and regional level lead generation campaigns online & offline and map performance of the same
- To plan and execute endtoend national and regional level lead events online & offline and map performance of the same
- To strategize and execute micro marketing events (BTL) in local branch level
- To create promotional/ marketing collaterals and assets (online & offline) for the Ksec team to acquire customers
- Customer Retention Programmes
- To plan and execute annual events for existing customers for brand recall and recognition
- To plan and execute loyalty and R&R programs for existing customers for their recognition and Ksec brand recall
- To create gateways for Ksec team to connect with customers on important occasions such as birthdays festivals etc.
- To drive and execute office branding for branches
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Graduation
- Specialised education in the marketing field
- 6 to 7 Years of experience in the role of marketing having managed marketing campaigns
