Cloncurry Shire Council is currently seeking an Assistant Director Childcare to join the team at Curry Kids Early Learning Centre.
- $90000 plus Super
- Accommodation provided
- Monthly RDOs
- 5 weeks Annual Leave (with 17.5 Leave Loading)
- Relocation Costs up to $4000
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced early childhood professional to step into a leadership role supporting the Centre Director in managing daytoday operations and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained.
In this role you will play a vital part in mentoring educators supporting team development and driving continuous improvement. Youll be responsible for a range of operational tasks including rostering family engagement enrolment management and complianceall while maintaining a safe nurturing and engaging environment for children families and staff. Youll also gain valuable experience in business administration and strategic planning to help you grow into a future Centre Director role.
The ideal candidate will hold a Diplomalevel early childhood qualification (minimum) possess strong leadership and organisational skills and demonstrate a genuine commitment to early learning excellence.
