Job Description
A hospital outside Great Falls MT is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing (DON) to join their growing team!
Pay: $85900.00-$130000.00/year!
Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance are available!
Director of Nursing (DON):
- Full-time direct hire opportunity
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- Weekends as needed
- Setting: Long Term Care
- Start: ASAP
Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:
- Director of Nursing (DON) will lead and support the nursing team in delivering quality patient care
- Oversee clinical processes and staff scheduling
- Participate in care planning and quality improvement efforts
Director of Nursing (DON) Requirements:
- Current Montana or compact state RN License
- At least a Bachelor s degree in Nursing
- 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting
- 3 years of experience in a nursing management role
