Our company is dedicated to delivering ITSM best practices methods and tools. As global strategic partner of ServiceNow for Continental Europe we implement state of the art ITIL solution for medium and large organizations.
To support our growth we are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Project Manager with fluent German language skills.
Location: Germany
Job responsibilities:
Ability to manage multiple ServiceNow projects within Germany and abroad
Oversees the timely and completion of small to medium size projects
Make sure projects are in time in budget and manage admin aspects
Responsibility for status exchange with customers and team members.
Performs resource planning and followupon open items and tracks issues and risks.
Qualification and Project Management skills:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant ServiceNow project management experience (project leadership all phase lifecycles).
Knowledge of software tools for project management.
Any project management certification is a plus.
Other skills:
Superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail (accuracy).
Autonomous Multitasking and Flexible.
Can communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences in both oral and written contexts.
Language: Fluent German and English language skills verbal and in writing
Decision maker Enthusiastic and can do attitude team player.
