Christophe Robins innovative creations inspired by his philosophy there is no beautiful color without deep care have received numerous awards and have made the brand a reference in haircare for knowledgeable consumers.

The brand was acquired by The Hut Group in 2019 one of the worlds largest ecommerce groups based in the UK with over 10 years of experience in building and developing brands in the beauty and wellness sectors across more than 160 markets. Christophe Robin is present in salons perfumeries and pharmacies in France and in over twenty countries worldwide (Europe Asia USA Australia). The Commercial and Marketing teams based in Paris are responsible for developing the brand in various global markets.

Why be a Retail Account Manager at THG Beauty

You will play a crucial part in our growth and with thiswe are looking for passionate commercial and ambitious individuals to join our Paris based team. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop retail distribution department stores perfumeries concept stores etc. and facilitate daytoday tasks with our partners.
You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and have the opportunity to collaborate with all functions of the group. If you are outgoing determined hardworking passionate about beauty and looking for the next step in your career within a global group we want to meet you.

AsRetail Account Manager youll:

  • Communicate effectively with management and clients to maintain existing relationships
  • Monitor customer orders and ensure the optimization and consistency of their assortments to meet set objectives
  • Develop and participate in the of trade marketing plans for various client accounts
  • Participate in negotiation meetings with existing accounts and prospects
  • Prospect new partners
  • Manage monthly and annual SellIn and SellOut performance
  • Participate in monthly sales forecasting (creating files presentations analysis and launch recommendations)

What skills and experience do I need for this role

  • Agraduate with a Bac4/5 in business school or equivalent with previous experience in a similar role ideally in the cosmetics sector
  • Nativein French and fluent in English written and spoken
  • Strongsensitivity to the cosmetics and wellness industry
  • Key strengths: great autonomy and problemsolving skills natural ease in building relationships a sharp sense of teamwork and exemplary rigor
  • With an entrepreneurial spirit you are proactive and able to multitask
