Job Description

Inside IT Sales Automation Services
Position: Inside IT Sales
Location: New Delhi
Employment Type: Fulltime

About the Role
We are looking for a detailoriented and efficient Backend Staff member to support our automation services. This role is integral to managing backend operations ensuring seamless system integration maintaining accurate data and driving continuous process improvements for our automation projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management:
Maintain and update databases for client and project information.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
2. System Integration:
Collaborate with the technical team to implement and manage thirdparty CRM tools and automation systems.
Monitor and resolve integration issues promptly.
3. Process Optimization:
Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest automation solutions.
Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automated tasks.
4. Lead and Task Management:
Assist in capturing managing and following up on leads.
Support team and task allocation processes using automation tools.
5. Catalog and Content Management:
Update and maintain product/service catalogs for clients.
Assist in automating content updates across various platforms.
6. Customer Support:
Provide backend support for client queries related to automation tools.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
7. Reporting and Analytics:
Generate regular reports on system performance and project progress.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business Administration or related fields.
2. Technical Skills:
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho Salesforce).
Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and data analysis.
Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
3. Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Experience:
  • 13 years of experience in Inside sales of IT Services or automationrelated roles (preferred).
