GreatWater 360 Auto Care a fullservice autorepair shop serving the local and surrounding Madison communities is looking for a solid Automotive Technician with outstanding automotive repair & maintenance skills who is willing to grow with our team. Expect to stay challenged with a wide range of vehicles and complex jobs while working with a great group of highly motivated and dedicated teammates.
EARN: $28 $32/HR Flat Rate w/ Accelerators up to $8/HR & Biweekly guarantee! (Average Annual Income $54600 $89440
B Technician Flat Rate Pay Plan: Flat Rate: Paid flat rate for every hour billed (no overtime). 65 hour biweekly guarantee. However tech must work at least 80 hours in the pay period to receive the guarantee. The guarantee is paid out at Teammates base rate.
- Tier 1 Billed Hours Accelerator: $4 additional when a B Tech bills 6069.99 in a pay period
- Tier 2 Billed Hours Accelerator: $6 additional when a B Tech bills 7079.99 in a pay period
- Tier 3 Billed Hours Accelerator: $8 additional when a B Tech bills 80 hours in a pay period
- *The accelerators are retro to the first hour worked.

- 3 years of Automotive Repair experience.
- Strong ability to diagnose and perform steering suspension & alignment services.
- Strong ability to diagnose and perform heating & cooling services.
- Some ability to diagnose and repair electrical related issues.
- Some ability to diagnose and repair engine related issues.
- Previous experience and/or working knowledge of digital vehicle inspections.
- Have your own tools and a valid drivers license.
- Strong character & work ethic with a positive attitude.
