- Hiring developing and retaining General Managers as business leaders
- Providing strategic oversight and measurement against KPIs in culinary restaurant and banquet operations to deliver outstanding food and beverage
- Budgeting by hotel for a geographical region including monitoring and controlling costs
- Working closely with Human Resources to support culture and protocols
- Guiding directing and evaluating the work of General Managers
- Collaboratively creating and implementing annual strategic plans
- Leveraging sales and revenue management to improve ranking in the competitive field
- Asset preservation including tackling unforeseen issues and troubleshooting challenges
- Representing the company for external and internal events
- Monitoring the competitive landscape and attending industry events to stay abreast of new initiatives
