Office & Accounts Administrator (JB5247
Randburg Johannesburg Gauteng
R25 000 CTC per month (based on experience)

Our client a niche property investment and asset management company specializing in the commercial retail and industrial property sectors is seeking an office and accounts administrator to join its team.
You will play a key role in keeping operations streamlined and financially organized. This inoffice position combines highlevel administrative support with handson bookkeeping and personal assistant responsibilities. Youll work closely with senior leadership and be involved in the daytoday operations of property investment and management business. A background or interest in the property sector will serve you well as youll be exposed to various aspects of the commercial and retail property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment where they can add value take ownership and be part of a tightknit professional team.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 4 years experience in similar role
Relevant qualifications in administration finance or accounting.
Strong administrative background.
Proven bookkeeping and personal assistant knowledge.
Proficiency in Pastel and Microsoft Excel is nonnegotiable.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience in the property industry is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to senior leadership.
Manage scheduling communications travel arrangements and general office tasks.
Perform daytoday bookkeeping and basic accounting functions.
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting using Pastel and Excel.
Maintain and update financial records with a high level of accuracy.
Liaise with clients suppliers and propertyrelated stakeholders where relevant.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
