The ideal incumbent will combine strong technical experience with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. As Account Manager you will manage a team oversee client portfolios manage accounting functions and drive business growth. Responsibilities:
- Build and manage client relationships and ensure compliance
- Supervise bookkeeping function
- Plan and manage all client deliverables
- Complete outsourced accounting and bookkeeping functions for clients
- Prepare and submit tax returns provisional tax payroll EMP201 VAT recons and related returns
- Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
- Manage and lead the team
Requirements:
- SAIPA qualified with completed articles
- BCom Accounting or related degree
- Experience in leading teams
- Min of 2 years post article experience
- Min of 13 years Xero cloudbased accounting experience essential
- knowledge of accounting income tax provisional tax PAYE VAT SARS efiling
- Experience with MS Office MS Excel and CaseWare
