Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hyperorganized production operations and creative development specialist who can be relied upon to assist the Content Director in overseeing the daytoday management of multiple ongoing vertical streaming productions; as well as leading creative social media to effectively promote and market these upcoming IPs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production assisting and production coordination as well as indepth experience in social media content creation and promotion in the film and creative IP spaces. Specific expertise within vertical series streaming mobisodes and romance publishing is a plus.

Were looking for an individual with deep understanding of (and passion for! the tropes trends and subject matter that regularly perform for a femalecentric demographic and a love for all things romantic comedy.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in similar roles for film organizations bridging the Western and nonWestern markets including FlexTV ReelShort DramaBox ShortMax GalateaTV Playlet and DreameShort and/or those heavily involved in the Booktok Bookstagram and romance publishing spaces.

This position will report directly to Interactive Films Content Director and will be a hybrid fulltime role at our Beverly Hills office.

Responsibilities:

• Create and curate platformspecific content including shortform videos memes GIFs stories and creative static posts for SaltyTV optimized for channels like Instagram TikTok YouTube Shorts and Facebook.

• Assist Content Director Production Manager and Production Coordinator in the organization of cast junkets setup and of events interviews and shoots as well as the capture of critical photography BTS footage and more onset to fill our social media grids.

• Work closely with talent to create bespoke content for social media platforms.

• Organize and coordinate social media takeovers by influencers and talent to amplify brand reach.

• Actively monitor and engage with Interactive Films audience across platforms fostering a loyal and engaged community.

• Assist in the tracking and management of all moving parts across a multishow slate from creative concept greenlighting through postproduction acting as project assistant and keeping the Content Director and executives informed of progress updates and changes.

• Work in partnership with the Content Director on frontlines communications while taking responsibility for facilitating the creation tracking and transfer of relevant information and materials across individuals and divisions.

• Evaluate and prioritize the most vital tasks and communications presenting to the Content Director for discussion action and signoff.

• Provide critical administrative assistance to the Content Director as well as necessary support and creative input to Interactive Films as a whole.

Requirements:

• 2 years managing social media accounts preferably for femaledriven brands in entertainment mobile apps or digital media. (A plus if this experience is within vertical storytelling Booktok Bookstagram and romance publishing spaces.

• 1 years as a production assistant production coordinator or executive assistant within the film and television industry.

• Fluency in image editing software such as Photoshop Canva CapCut and more with strong storytelling writing and visual content creation skills.

• Proficiency with social media platforms (TikTok Instagram YouTube Facebook etc. and related tools (e.g. scheduling and analytics software).

• Highly organized detailoriented and communicative with a track record of successful leadership and highquality end results.

• Solutionsoriented with the ability to think quickly act independently and present innovative alternatives if issues arise.

• Thorough understanding and appreciation for shortform romantic dramas and madeformobile digital content.

Nice to Haves:

• Technical background in film or television production.

• Experience within content greenlighting with the ability to provide thoughtful feedback on communications scripts outlines cuts trailers and drafts at all stages.

• Proven expertise working within web series vertical series and mobisode production with the ability to link to specific IPs.

• Contacts across the entertainment space (including writers production personnel talent etc. is a plus.
