Job Description
- Manage and maintain an enterprise Exchange system implementation ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee mobile device management (MDM) systems including configuration and support for solutions like SAP Afaria or ZEN Mobile.
- Utilize Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or higher certification to provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting.
- Implement and manage MDM solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure and compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance and optimize messaging services and MDM systems ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
Requirements
- Microsoft Certified Engineer (MCSE or higher) certification.
- Mobile device management certification (e.g. SAP Afaria ZEN Mobile).
- 5 years of experience managing enterprise Exchange system implementations.
- Proven experience with MDM products and solutions.
- Relevant Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification in Messaging Services.
