Key Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and execute both online and offline events that align with BYDs brand and business objectives. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of events.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics including venues permits suppliers and third-party vendors. Establish and maintain strong relationships with event partners agencies and collaborators.
- Develop event budgets control costs and ensure efficient resource allocation. Track expenditures and provide timely budget reports.
- Analyze event performance using key metrics and gather post-event feedback to continuously improve event strategies and execution.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in event planning and coordination preferably in an international or automotive environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and German.
