Job Description
Pour le compte dun de nos clients une belle ETI nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) TS dans le cadre dun accompagnement dune opration de M&A pendant une dure de 12 mois.
Votre future mission :
- Travailler en quipe avec le chef de projet M&A sur le projet de cession de lentreprise
Votre profil :
- Vous justifiez dune exprience (3/5 ans minimum) en Transaction Services idalement en cabinet (BIG 4) ou dans un cabinet spcialis en TS.
- Vous maitrisez la gestion de grand volume de donnes financires
- Vous tes disponible immdiatement

- Mission de 12 mois
- En temps plein
- Dmarrage ASAP
- Mission base en IDF
- TJM selon profil de 550 750 euros
