Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Female Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in real estate sales a strong educational background with at least a graduation degree and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The position is based in Gurgaon and we are specifically looking for candidates residing in or near the location.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients to achieve sales targets.
Property Presentations: Conduct property presentations to clients showcasing the unique selling points and benefits of our real estate offerings.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable deals for both the client and the company.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and fostering longterm partnerships.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to property transactions ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities achievements and challenges to the management team.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation in any relevant field.
Experience: 15 years of proven success in real estate sales.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Customer Focus: A customercentric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Gurgaon real estate market is highly desirable.
