Job Description
THE ROLE
We are seeking an Information and Communication Technology Legal Counsel for a leading sports and entertainment organization in Switzerland. The Junior Legal Counsel will collaborate with various legal and business teams and provide legal advice and support for ICTrelated contracts including drafting and negotiating agreements for technology services and products. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer legal advice and support for ICTrelated contracts including drafting and negotiating agreements for technology services and products
- Ensure legal compliance and safeguard the organizations interests in all ICT transactions
- Collaborate with various legal and business teams to ensure coherent and consistent application of policies across technology projects
- Work in conjunction with the Procurement unit to ensure adherence to governance and procurement guidelines
- Assist the Technology Lawyers with additional legal matters as needed supporting broader organizational initiatives
- Possess a university degree in law
- Minimum of approximately two years of experience as a commercial lawyer
- Have knowledge of and experience with advising on and drafting commercial contracts related to ICT use and supply matters
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in project management
- Capable of working effectively within diverse multifunctional and multicultural teams
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
