The BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) is one of two branches of government that provide oversight for the beverage alcohol and nonmedical cannabis industries in the province. Liquor Retail Operations encompassing the three retail business units of Merchandising Marketing and Store Operations is responsible for the daily operations of the 198 BCLIQUOR Stores. The Liquor Retail division develops and executes key strategies to drive business creates systems and processes and establishes daily retail procedures to maximize operational excellence while upholding BCLDBs core values of service relationships and results. About this role:
Reporting to the Manager Marketing Promotions and Operations the Coordinator supports instore marketing programs social responsibility initiatives and charitable fundraising activities at BCLIQUOR Stores. The role includes tracking expenditures assisting with financial reporting invoice coding and ensuring budget adherence. Additionally the Coordinator maintains communications for social responsibility initiatives and collaborates with teams to improve budgeting and operational processes.

Position requirements:
Education and Experience:
A degree diploma or a certificate in marketing project management business administration or a related field and a minimum 1 year of recent related experience*.
OR
Secondary (high) school diploma and a minimum 2 years of recent related experience*.
