Our client a global professional services company is in need of a Customer Support Executive to join their Healthcare department in Airoli Mumbai. The chosen candidate will be accountable for delivering email and chat support to the companys clients ensuring insurance holder inquiries are resolved and managing complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver email and chat support to the companys clients
- Resolve insurance holder inquiries to their satisfaction
- Manage insurance holder complaints and escalate them to a supervisor when necessary
Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduates from any stream except B.Tech BCA BSC IT
- Strong English communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Proficient in advanced Excel and computer savvy
- Fully vaccinated
- Mumbaibased candidates only
