Job Description
- Accurately input and manage client and project data including intake bidding submissions and approvals.
- Track project status and ensure updates are reflected promptly across relevant departments.
- Record and maintain client feedback notes to support service quality and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and documentation are aligned.
- Identify and suggest improvements to internal systems and workflows for better efficiency and usability.
- Generate basic project reports and assist in documentation management.
- Communicate with contractors and general contractors (GCs) to clarify project details as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination data entry or operations support preferably in construction or engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools such as Zoom Microsoft Teams and email platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail time management and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to suggest and support process and system improvements.
