Job Description

OVERALL ROLE PROFILE :

The role of an BTL graphic design operator will involve creating/adapting visually appealing designs for print and physical advertising materials such as brochures billboards merchandise packaging and exhibition branding. The same should be adaptable to e version format as well. They must be able to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously for regional adapts.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES COMPLETE OWNERSHIP OF

Graphic Design BTL Development/Adaptations
  • Develop creative graphics layouts and designs &belowtheline marketing materials such as brochures flyers posters and retail/exhibition spaces.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute BTL campaigns including designing promotional materials such as event invitations and product packaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure all design work aligns with the brands visual identity.
  • Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messaging to the target audience.
  • Any product packaging design adaptation
  • Newspaper ad adapts
  • Ensure that the right graphic design principles are implemented
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for digital design including social media platform changes new design software and emerging technologies
  • Need Basis collaboration with crossfunctional teams including marketing content and product teams to ensure designs and content align with brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • All creations to be developed in regional languages as well. Placement of translated creatives in regional language in the approved English master.
  • Develop and maintain a library of design assets and templates for reuse across various digital channels
  • Ensure that the back up data is managed upto date.
  • Assist inhouse team in annual Graphic design calendar maintenance and inhouse greeting development for important festivals and occasions for whats app circulation.
  • Offer Campaign Offline adapts in English and Regional
  • Retail Showroom Branding Adaptations
  • Proof reading every artwork and matching against the approved masters and brand guideline before releasing for implementation.
MUST HAVE COMPETENCIES
  • Coordination with language translator
  • Assisting and managing operations of Brand/Product Shoots
  • Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite CDR and Figma to create and edit designs
  • Managing all BTL releases and adaptations
  • Managing all ad releases based on approved masters
  • Exceptional Need Based coordinationwith advertising agencies
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on all designs to ensure they meet brand standards and are errorfree in terms of spellings and graphic design hygiene.
  • Online Performance Campaign Creative Adapts
DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES

Not compulsory but optional competencies with an added advantage.
  • Coordinating with Online and Computer Graphic Vendors as per the requirement.
  • Design engaging graphics animations and videos including GIFs and shortform video under the supervision of Head Marketing Communications.

PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE :
  • experience is minimum requirement
  • Any Graphic Design course from a reputed design school or an equivalent rich experience in design studios
