Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- 40 hours per week
- Client time zone: Victoria
We re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who s confident in designing impactful print and digital materials. You ll play a key role in maintaining visual consistency across internal and client-facing assets working closely with our leadership and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality marketing and sales materials (e.g. brochures presentations templates product sheets)
- Create visual content for digital platforms including LinkedIn email campaigns and the company website
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity
- Support cross-functional teams with design needs for internal communications and campaigns
- Deliver ad hoc creative assets such as infographics icons and document templates
Requirements
- 2 years of professional experience in graphic design (ideally in a B2B or industrial setting)
- A portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Canva or similar professional tools
- Strong understanding of layout typography color theory and branding
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator and effective collaborator especially in remote work environments
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the HVAC clean energy or engineering sectors
- Experience designing technical products or data-driven content
- Prior experience working with distributed or remote-first teams

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an Independent Contractor arrangement the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
