Job Description
As a Fleet Specialist you will be responsible for fleet maintenance according to fleet policy standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ordering company cars based on the analysis of contract usage
- Contracts usage tracking
- Providing analysis and implementing solutions for costs optimalization
- Fleet Specialists work supervision
- Contact with service suppliers & authorities (Police Municipal Police Army)
- Problem solving reporting process improvements
- Adjusting policy & available services to unstable situation on automotive market
- Cooperation with Environment Health & Safety team to secure trainings for company car users
- Participation in function leaders meetings
- EMEA fleet meetings participation
- Documents maintanance: paper and electronic documentation
Requirements:
- Secondary education or higher
- Relevant experience will be an advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with MS Office environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve urgent problems
- Analytical skills: reviewing contract usage and taking appropriate actions
- Ability to negotiate and build relationships with clients and business partners
