Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team with a strong focus on Domestic and US-based hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment exceptional sourcing and screening skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in EdTech or IT-based companies is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions across various departments.
- Source candidates using advanced Boolean search strings job boards and LinkedIn tools.
- Review and analyze resumes to shortlist relevant candidates based on the job description and role requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates communication technical proficiency and job fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize Ceipal ATS effectively to manage candidate pipelines job postings and internal communications.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Present weekly hiring reports and metrics to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters if needed.
- Demonstrate roles to candidates when required and communicate job specifications clearly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of total experience in recruitment with at least 6 years in Domestic and/or US hiring.
- Prior experience in Edutech or IT sectors is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques and modern sourcing methods.
- Well-versed with leading job boards (Naukri Monster Indeed etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong profile analysis and evaluation skills.
- Experience in working with Ceipal ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and proactive approach.
