Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Forecasting:
- Work closely with different departments to gather data and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Analyze financial performance and variances to forecast expectations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets quarterly forecasts and longterm financial plans.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actuals vs. budget/forecast.
- Identify key business trends and provide actionable insights to support decisionmaking.
- Data Analysis & Modeling:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning.
- Evaluate financial and operational KPIs to track business performance.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Operations Sales and Marketing to understand financial impacts and business drivers.
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Support senior leadership in strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Process Improvement & Automation:
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and forecasting processes.
- Work with finance and IT teams to implement automation tools for efficiency gains.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Experience: 03 years of experience in FP&A corporate finance or a related financial role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel ideally including financial modeling.
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g. Hyperion and ERP systems (SAP Oracle Workday) a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical dental vision life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $70000 $85000annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
