Are you ready to take your financial expertise to the next level As an FP&A Expense Analyst youll have the opportunity to work across both EMEA and wider Chubb International collaborating with Divisional Finance Officers to drive strategic expense planning and forecasting. Leveraging your analytical and data interpretation skills you will provide insight on business expense performance and risks and opportunities. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing workforce and expense forecasting and reporting tools helping to implement cuttingedge tools and processes to manage costs across the business.

What Youll Do:

  • Be a key player in shaping the financial future by supporting the development of annual and 5year strategic plans.
  • Dive deep into data to identify headcount and financial variances providing insightful explanations to key business stakeholders identifying risks and opportunities within the expense base
  • Make impactful improvements to budgeting and forecasting processes and models
  • Own the monthend financial review and analysis
  • Partner with the key stakeholders providing financial guidance and support on expenserelated matters
  • Implement best practices for expense tracking and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to leverage technology for better expense management solutions

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent with a proven track record in FP&A.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Excel ERP systems financial modeling software).
  • Strong analytical abilities and a knack for meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience working effectively with people at all levels both financial and nonfinancial .
