Marketing Operations Specialist - Construction

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Construction Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing construction marketing campaigns managing lead conversion automation and supporting crossfunctional teams to drive lead generation lead nurturing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations a strong aptitude to interpret data and the ability to work effectively across teams to drive results.

This position is a hybrid role based in Denver CO with 3 days in office and 2 days WFH.

What You Will Do:

• Monitor and optimize construction marketing campaigns to meet presale and launch objectives
• Track automation platforms and website conversions to ensure the sales funnel operates smoothly implementing segmentation and nurturing strategies as needed.
• Partner with the Sr. Marketing Manager to execute direct mail/email campaigns
• Collaborate with the construction operations team to stay updated on market conditions adjust marketing strategies and campaigns accordingly and communicate timeline changes to the broader marketing team
• Analyze performance metrics identify trends and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates
• Work closely with eCommerce team to define lead qualification track campaign effectiveness and support smooth transitions from marketing to sales
• Continuously evaluate and enhance processes for efficiency and scalability within the marketing operations workflow
• Maintain thorough documentation of marketing operations and marketing playbooks
• Other projects as assigned

What You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 35 years of experience in marketing operations campaign management or a related role.
• Experience in a telecommunication environment a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation platforms lead nurturing and conversion funnels
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics Excel etc. to track and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally across teams
• Strong written verbal and presentation skills including the ability to articulate ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
• Ability to collaborate with various functional groups and employees at different levels to achieve results effectively and professionally
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth dynamic environment
• Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug test prior to employment
• MS Office Suite: Outlook PowerPoint Word Teams and Excel
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Frequently required to sit stand bend reach push pull and walk.
• Required to use hands handle objects and paperwork.
• Required to use close vision and be able to focus.
• Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 5 lbs.

Salary Range: $54000 $69000
