Job Description
Arlo Hotels an independent lifestyle hotel is now actively seeking dynamicSeasonalBartender for our summer rooftop at Arlo Williamsburg!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Make drink suggestions based on guest preferences
- Take part in preservice duties and applicable closing duties
- Restock bar supplies and inventory
- Prepare the bar by cutting slicing and peeling perishable garnishes and fruits mixing and pouring juices and storing backup supplies in prescribed containers
- Check guests identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age
- Accurately prepare checks and accept payment
- Open maintain and close tabs throughout a shift
- Engage with guests and colleagues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area in accordance with federal state local and company codes
- Take part in preservice duties and applicable closing duties
- Uphold service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Maintain a safe sanitary and organized work environment
- Perform other jobrelated activities as required or assigned by a supervisor/manager
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a New York City bar or restaurant
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Great communication skills professional demeanor and appearance
- Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction
- Ability to prioritize organize and follow up on guest requests and needs in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
- Capable of standing for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to change out kegs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach bend stoop climb up and down stairs walk and carry multiple objects
Pay Rate: $11.00 /Hourly Tips
