We are seeking an International Business Development Specialist with a strong background in the software industry to help drive the growth and expansion of our software products and services globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities building strategic partnerships and increasing our market presence in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential international markets for our software products and services. Analyze market trends competitors and customer needs.
- Business Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive international business development strategy to expand our software presence in target regions.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and establish connections with potential clients partners and distributors in international markets.
- Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate deals contracts and pricing with international clients. Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other software companies local distributors and industry associations in target markets.
- Market Entry Planning: Create market entry plans for specific regions including market analysis regulatory compliance and entry strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on market performance business development efforts and key performance indicators.
- Travel: Travel to target markets as necessary to build relationships conduct business meetings and represent the company.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in software sales business development or international market expansion.
- Strong understanding of the software industry including software development processes and technology trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a selfdriven and resultsoriented approach.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability for working in diverse international environments.
Additional Information :
