Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Contacting Dutch business (email and teams) regarding availability of goods delivery date of order complaints during delivery etc.
- Entering new orders and managing EDI orders;
- Controlling delivery time of orders for individual customers;
- Changing address date warehouse quantity of goods in orders;
- Creating technical complaints and issuing credit notes to the customer;
- Processing logistics complaints (analyzing the case issuing credit notes debit notes and returning goods if necessary adjusting the warehouse);
- Creating credit and debit notes for invoices;
- Monthly checking of the compliance of orders with discount campaigns;
- working with SAP Client Link Epro
Our requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Familiar with computer applications including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Conscientiousness
- Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail and maintain accuracy in data entry order processing and documentation.
- Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.

- Inference skills: development of data handling data processing and inference skills
