Source screen and recruit candidates by using job portals databases & social media
Screen candidates resume and job applications & conduct interviews for sales/business development profile
Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
Branding of the Company amongst prospective candidates
Onboard new employees for their smooth induction in the organization
Participate and complete tasks assigned related to HR functions & activities
Employer branding promoting the social media platforms community building & improving the reach of our job openings

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Capable to handle elementary to midlevel profiles
Proactive Energetic and never give up attitude
Should have a Learning Attitude
Able to meet given deadlines
Tech Savvy: Good at MS Office advanced excel PPTs & social media platforms
Excellent coordination skills with a sense of ownership
Qualification & Experience:
MBA/PGDM
8000 to 12000 Stipend
Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
