AGENCY CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE Hybrid Atlanta GA
Join our team and work closely with a seasoned Claims professional! As a Claims Assistant you will play a key role in supporting the claims process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity to gain handson experience in the insurance industry and learn from a knowledgeable mentor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing and handling of insurance claims
- Communicate with clients insurance adjusters and other stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain claims documentation and records
- Provide administrative support to the claims team
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in an office environment or insurancerelated field is a plus
