Role Description

As the first Software Implementation Consultant in Australia you will play a pivotal role in delivering and optimising the companys rostering solutions for clients across various industries. You will work closely with UKbased consultants and local partners to ensure seamless implementations and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead endtoend software implementation projects ensuring successful client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and configure solutions accordingly.
  • Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the software.
  • Work with internal teams across the UK and Australia to align implementation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues during deployments.
  • Gather client feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Requirements

MustHaves:

  • 3 years of experience in software implementation within a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in implementing rostering or workforce management solutions.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to translate complex systems into userfriendly solutions.
  • Proficiency with MS SQL Server for data management and troubleshooting.

NicetoHaves:

  • Experience with other Field Service Management or Workforce Management platforms.
  • Background in consulting or clientfacing technical roles.
