Spa Coordinator Job Description

As a member of our Hospitality Team you will be the face of the Woodhouse brand the first impression a guest has of our spa. Whether a guest visits us to purchase a gift card book an appointment learn about our unique transformative services or embark on a luxurious retreat you will help facilitate each guests time at the spa from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between the therapists and the leadership team facilitating the flow of information

Provide our Woodhouse guests with a WOW factor

Opening and closing the spa

Greeting our guests and ensuring we are meeting expectations

Checking out guests and suggesting retail products and rebooking

Answering phones and making confirmation calls to guests

Success Candidates Will Demonstrate:

Exceptional hospitality/guest service communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to details.

Advanced critical thinking and problemsolving skills

Administrative skills for scheduling appointments checking emails online purchases and operating the pointofsale

Organization and time management skills; detail oriented selfmotivated and able to oversee many projects at one time.

Schedule with flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
