- Membership Conversion minimum 35 membership conversion
- Staffing Service Provers Utilization of 70 75. Staffing service providers and front desk to support booking volume. Success will be measured on overall provider and spa room utilization.
- Brand Awareness this will be based on lead gen and prospect count of potential members.
- 4 to 5 years sales management experience in the salon/spa retail commission based or membership sales model with a large focus on driving profitability and coaching to goals.
- Driving membership conversion retention and providing ongoing training to the front desk team.
- Ability to adapt to different types of personalities in a professional and courteous way
- Ability to coach a sales team and hitting sales goals guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination communication and cooperation
- Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care treatments
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Ability to be a fast learner and adapt to spa software zenoti and other technology software
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and make recommendations for selection
- Maintain a clean and organized spa
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure highquality service delivery
- Organize weekly outreach and grassroot events
- Create partnership with other local businesses to drive sales
- Goal oriented and ability to set and achieve daily weekly monthly and annual goals
- Do biweekly Payroll and audit
- Weekends availability and flexible schedule is required
- $45000 $55000 base salary
- Commission based on spa sales of memberships.
