Business Development Manager

- Identifying accounts to be targeted penetrating these accounts and establishing excellent relationships with CXOs and other key stakeholders.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions.
- Engage and strategize with seniorlevel executives at client companies to demonstrate how our services can drive revenue to their business.
- Managing the entire deal Qualify to Close lifecycle
- Understanding the client requirements (needs analysis) and then customizing the service/service pitch as per the clients need.
- You will make sure to develop a healthy sales pipeline that exceeds quota expectations
- Daily participation in Sales pipeline calls weekly and monthly reviews
- Gathering market intelligence on products competition opportunities new avenues latest trend
- You will have to constantly set higher benchmarks in adherence to processes and also identify and make improvements in process efficiency enablement and productivity
Desired Candidate Profile: 2 years to 5 years of B2B IT Sales experience preferably with the enterprise solutions like ERP/CRM/HRMS etc.
- Experience with CRM and prospecting tools is preferred
- Experience selling to business/enterprise customers is must
- Excellent communication skills Verbal and written
- Gogetter attitude
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
- Quick learner Willingness to learn technology
- Persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers
- Exemplify proactive and selfstarter attitude
- Show strong interest in technology and sales
