Job title : Project Manager (PMP Certified)Banking
Location: Malmo Sweden
Number of days on location required: Hybrid working mode 2 days @ Malmo Sweden Mandatory visit)
Job Type: Min. 612 months contract (Possible extension)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
As Project Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of key initiatives within the organisation. Your responsibility will be to manage one or several projects ensuring that they meet timelines stay within budget and deliver the desired outcomes in line with the organizations broader objectives.
You will be part of Banking Customer where we create possibilities for a better living by providing banking and financial services. We do it with different perspectives natural curiosity and longterm focus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB (specify):
Project Strategy and Planning:
Define the projects objectives goals and success criteria.
Develop a comprehensive project plan including timelines milestones and dependencies.
Align the project with the program / organizations strategic objectives and ensure consistency with its mission and vision.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate the projects progress and issues to stakeholders program management Steering group and maintaining a high level of transparency.
Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment among various stakeholders.
Resource Management:
Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed to optimize performance.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the availability of required resources.
Supplier Management.
Risk Management:
Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to address potential issues.
Monitor and manage risks throughout the projects lifecycle.
Project Oversight:
Supervise the of the project.
Ensure that the project is delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Maintain a holistic view of how the project contributes to the organizations overall objectives.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables.
Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards are met.
Continuously assess and improve the quality of project outputs.
Communication and Reporting:
Develop and maintain a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
Create regular reports and presentations for executives and stakeholders.
Foster an open and collaborative communication environment among team members.
Change Management:
Support and guide the organization through changes associated with the project.
Ensure that team members and stakeholders understand and accept changes.
Mitigate resistance to change through effective communication and support.
Project Evaluation:
Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the projects success.
Conduct postimplementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
Use data and feedback to make informed decisions and adjustments.

Academic/Qualification Level Most recent first:
(To include technical or professional qualifications required and the level to which they have been attained)
Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Language Competencies:

Fluency in English
Experience/Demonstrated competencies:
(Briefly describe the experience required in order to be considered for this role.
Proven experience in project management or a related role.
Proven experience in successful project implementations from start to finish.
Proven experience in delivering projects in multiple markets & culture.
Indepth understanding of project management methodologies.
Certification in project management (e.g. PMP PgMP) is preferred.
Experience in the Scaled Agile Framework Agile ways of working is a plus
