Job Description

Bilingual Customer Care Team Representative Hybrid Mustlive in GA and commute to our Duluth office when needed.

Must be able to read write and speak Spanish fluently.

As a Bilingual CareTeam representative at StartCHURCH you will:

Were looking for a Customer Care Representative to operate telephones to answer screen and forward calls provide information take messages or schedule appointments.


  • Maintain records in Admin Console of customer interactions or transactions recording details of inquires complaints or comments as well as actions taken.
  • Complete multiple time sensitive office administrative tasks.
  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations.
  • Build relationships credibility and identity within the StartCHURCH staff to be seen as a supportive member of the team as a whole.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge of all StartCHURCH Departments and what they do in order to best serve clients and support staff.
  • Maintain a call pickup rate of no less than 98.
  • Hear and resolve customer complaints.
  • Transmit information or documents to customers using computers mail or fax machine.
  • File and maintain records.
  • Arrange and participate in meetings conferences and project team activities.
