Your Role

As a Customer Success Specialist youll work behind the scenes to ensure our Customer Success Managers can deliver a seamless and impactful experience to Verbolias clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence in a SaaS environment.

Youll collaborate with internal teams support onboarding processes monitor performance data and contribute to process improvements that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Tasks

What Youll Do

  • Set up and configure new customer accounts during the onboarding phase
  • Assist Customer Success Managers with product configuration data quality checks and performance monitoring
  • Create and maintain clientspecific documentation dashboards and reports
  • Ensure the timely delivery of updates implementations and support tasks
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues internally when needed
  • Support regular business reviews by collecting relevant metrics and performance insights
  • Contribute to internal tooling and process automation projects
  • Work closely with Customer Success Product and Technical teams to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • 2 years of experience in a Customer Support Onboarding or Operations role (ideally within SaaS or digital marketing)
  • Strong technical affinity comfortable working with dashboards data files CMS/admin interfaces and web technologies
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Familiarity with SEO ecommerce or digital analytics is a plus
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot Google Suite MS Office Suite or project management software is a bonus
