Reporting to the VP Information Technology the IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing strategic change initiatives technology projects process reengineering and establishing project management procedures. This role ensures projects are completed on time within budget and aligned with company priorities. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive efficiencies optimize technology solutions and maintain compliance with IT policies and standards.
Requirements
- Manage the full project lifecycle ensuring scope timeline and budget adherence.
- Prepare and present progress updates to senior leadership.
- Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders translating complex technical concepts for broader audiences.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project .
- Analyze project progress and make necessary adjustments to scope timeline or costs.
- Provide coaching and leadership to project team members on project management best practices.
- Implement performance tracking metrics to measure project success.
- Maintain alignment with business goals and strategies ensuring project initiatives support company objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with thirdparty vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in technical project estimates scope analysis and RFP responses.
- Develop technical spreadsheets diagrams and process documentation.
- Support ICFR ITGC testing and audits ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Lead the design implementation and support of finance system solutions.
- Oversee finance system applications ensuring alignment with IT and Finance leadership.
- Conduct research and recommend IT products services and standards for procurement and development.
- Coordinate system changes blackout periods and release planning to minimize business disruptions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of experience in project management and ITrelated initiatives.
- 35 years of experience working in public companies.
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Strong ability to problemsolve and drive process improvements.
- Proficiency with project management software tools methodologies and best practices.
- Experience managing full project lifecycles from initiation to .
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to scope budget and timelines.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location jobrelated knowledge skills qualifications and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
