Charlotte NC
6 month contract
- Familiarity with communications archiving & surveillance platforms implementation and their integration with communication channels.
- Experience with delivery of large projects in Finacial Services environment.
- Ability to map current vs. future state processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance obligations related to electronic communications surveillance.
- Experience managing complex technology implementations using Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
Proactive in identifying tracking and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Experience of handling of sensitive communications data including retention archiving and auditability in line with internal policies and regulatory mandates.
