Job Description
Summary:
This role focuses on managing lab operations including asset utilization stakeholder coordination and vendor logistics. Key responsibilities include defining KPIs generating reports coordinating demo environments automating workflows and handling IT and system administration. The position supports cross-functional teams and contributes to improving lab efficiency and visibility.
Core Responsibilities:
- Track and optimize lab asset utilization and logistics
- Define and report on KPIs aligned with business goals
- Manage vendor relationships and hardware procurement
- Coordinate demo environments and global event logistics
- Automate workflows using tools like Asana Jira Salesforce
- Administer lab IT systems and user access
- Communicate updates and gather feedback from stakeholders
Required Skills:
- 5 years in technical project management preferably in cybersecurity IT labs or OT/ICS
- Strong KPI design vendor coordination and workflow tool experience
- Basic IT admin knowledge and excellent communication skills
- Capable of multitasking and delivering executive-level reports
Preferred:
- Understanding of OT/ICS systems or electrical engineering
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting product marketing and campaign planning
- PMP PMI-ACP or equivalent is a plus.
