As a Client Support Advisor youll be responsible for providing worldclass support to customers. Youll assist customers with inquiries help with productrelated issues and deliver solutions to ensure a seamless experience.
Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat
Resolve customer concerns and provide detailed product information
Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Document customer interactions in the CRM system
Work with various teams to ensure highquality service delivery
Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken)
Good English skills
Previous experience in customer service is beneficial
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Techsavvy with knowledge of CRM systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Positive attitude and customerfocused mindset
