The Opportunity:
Our Client seeks an attorney for our growing Litigation Practice. We are looking for a motivated and committed individual with a strong work ethic who will be comfortable assuming responsibility for managing challenging cases.
This is a valuable opportunity to be involved in all aspects of litigation including pleadings depositions motions and trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings hearings and mediations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload and work independently.
Qualifications:
- 2 4 Plus years of Litigation experience
- Ideal candidate would have solid experience in commercial litigation including contract disputes real estate and commercial foreclosure employment and general business litigation
- Experience in written and oral advocacy brief writing research and court appearances
- Experience answering discovery trial and mediation preparation
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage a large volume of concurrent priorities.
- J.D. licensed to practice in Illinois
Benefits Package:
We offer competitive compensation medical benefits a 401(k) plan and a casual and congenial work environment. Salary ranges from $100000 to $130000 subject to experience.
Hybrid In office 3 days a week.
